Additionally, these are our "do's" which you are advised to take notice of to benefit best possibly from your purchase with us:
- Use our flow chart to help identify the part you need.
- Please make sure you have your car details correct!
- Please check existing part number against ours.
- Please make sure the specifications match.
- Remember we are based in the UK so some of our items are for right-hand drive cars only; Driver side and passenger side refers to right-hand drive cars.
- Please ensure you purchase parts upon expert advice. We cannot be held responsible if your car issues are not resolved by changing the part you purchase.
- All of our parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic.
- If any questions about what part you need, please contact us!
- All orders placed on Monday – Friday before 4pm and on Saturday before 10am are dispatched on the same day by Royal Mail 1st class.
- Orders greater than £35 are dispatched via DPD with timed delivery slot of one hour by SMS for next day delivery (the same for priority shipping).
- You can track your parcel online via the DPD Website at https://www.dpd.co.uk/.
- No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/ Public Holidays.
- Collection is also possible from D2P Autoparts, Unit 27 Balfour Business Centre, Balfour Road, Southall UB2 5BD, United Kingdom please contact us for more information.
- All orders are tracked and dispatched via Royal Mail.
- You will be emailed with details of how to track your parcel.
- If your country is not listed on the checkout please contact us directly to arrange shipping.
If your parcel is delayed for any reason please contact us taking into consideration the expected delivery times for your opted method of postage.
